It was an amazing experience. The room was well set up. We loved all the clues and trying to figure out and solve the puzzle but what really impressed us was the way they treated us when we got to the place. Excellent customer service, very friendly and mysterious at the same time. Definitely will be back for more.

My family's 1st puzzle game was at Key to Escape almost 6 years ago, we have since moved away but when we find ourselves close by we check for new rooms. These guys will RUIN your opinion of other establishments. The rooms are challenging, meticulously planned, and created with an attention to detail that, after visiting many other places, is seldom rivaled. The staff and owners go above and beyond to have the time and money you spend there worth EVERY PENNY! This was seriously so much fun! I went with my boyfriend so it was just him and I so we didn’t fully escape since it was only 2 people but we did have tons of fun! I will be coming back to finish my escape and do more rooms for sure (with a group this time 😂)! I loved how you had to solve a puzzle to get in the building and the man who works there (I forgot his name) was SUPER nice and made the experience just so much better. Overall the best escape room experience I could ever think of and he put SO much into this business and it shows. HIGHLY recommend for all types of families (couples, friends, kids/parents, etc).

What a great time!! Our group of six did Under Pressure- and this is hands down the VERY BEST escape room we have ever done!! Addison did a wonderful job “setting the stage” and guiding our travel back in time to 1920’s Statesville. Here we were challenged to avert disaster and change history- in an hour or less! Our group ‘Team Paragon’ rose to the occasion!! This room is clearly a labor of love. The attention to detail, use of creative props, and ingenuity were great - and we found the room reasonably challenging, technologically sophisticated, interesting and FUN! Highly highly recommend!!
